\nWhile the 160\u00b0 lenses, which instead open the cone of light, give us the possibility of using fewer modules for single-sided illuminated signs.
\nToday we use almost exclusively Modules with lenses, because this allows you to lower the number of Modules needed to carry out projects, thus saving on costs and construction times.
\nObviously, our modules are all equipped with a lens, with the exception of the 0.3 W Micro LED module, which is the smallest module on the market in Italy, and for its particular applications it does not require a lens.
\nGoing back to your question.
\nPersonally, I feel wary of manufacturers who indicate lenses above 160\u00b0 (e.g. 170\u00b0180\u00b0). Because?<\/strong> For simple reasons: the quantity of modules to be used per square meter does not vary, it is the same as for modules with lenses with a lower aperture.
\nA larger opening should allow fewer modules to be used.
\nIf the wattage of the module and the quantity of pieces per square meter remain the same, I doubt that it is just a commercial ploy to promote a product not different from those already existing on the market.
